These terms explain how bookings, prices, waiting time, cancellations and passenger responsibilities work for Zagreb Airport Transfer services.
By requesting, confirming or using a ride through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you book for another passenger, you are responsible for making sure that passenger receives the booking details and follows these terms.
Zagreb Airport Transfer provides pre-booked private passenger transport, including Zagreb Airport transfers, Zagreb city rides, nearby private trips and Croatia route transfers from Zagreb. Rides are private unless clearly agreed otherwise before confirmation.
A request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm the ride, route, pickup time and price by WhatsApp, phone, email or booking message. We may decline a request if the route, vehicle availability, passenger details or timing cannot be safely confirmed.
Airport and Zagreb city rides inside Zagreb city limits are confirmed at the displayed fixed price, normally €25 before any night surcharge. Nearby locations such as Sesvete, Zaprešić, Samobor, Dugo Selo and similar areas are outside the standard city fare and are quoted before booking. Croatia routes use visible starting prices where shown; the final quote depends on pickup, destination, date, time, waiting, stops, tolls, parking, luggage and route complexity.
Payment can usually be made by card to the driver, cash to the driver or online payment link when available. Online payments may be processed through a secure third-party provider such as SumUp. The ride price must be paid in full unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Rides starting between 23:00 and 06:00 may include a €10 night surcharge. When this applies, it is shown or communicated before the booking is confirmed.
You are responsible for accurate pickup address, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage, flight number, phone number and any special requirements. If incorrect or incomplete details cause delay, missed pickup, unsuitable vehicle size or additional costs, those costs may be charged to the customer.
Standard pickup includes 10 minutes of free waiting at the agreed address. For airport arrivals, we use the flight number when provided and plan pickup around the updated arrival time. If the passenger cannot be reached or is not ready after the reasonable waiting period, the ride may be treated as a no-show.
Standard luggage is included when it fits safely in the booked vehicle. Oversized items, sports equipment, extra-large bags, pets, fragile goods or unusual cargo must be mentioned before confirmation. We may refuse items that are unsafe, illegal, not declared in advance or unsuitable for the vehicle.
Child seats are available on request when possible, but availability must be confirmed before pickup. The customer must provide the child age and seat type needed. If a suitable seat is legally required and cannot be confirmed, the booking may be refused or changed.
The confirmed price covers the agreed pickup, destination and route details. Extra stops, waiting time, route changes, parking, tolls, ferry costs or detours requested after confirmation may change the price. Any material change should be agreed before the ride continues.
Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup. Cancellation less than 2 hours before pickup may be charged up to 50% of the confirmed fare. If a prepaid ride is cancelled in time, the refund method and timing depend on the payment provider and bank processing time.
A no-show means the passenger is not at the agreed pickup point, cannot be reached, refuses the confirmed ride or gives details that prevent the driver from completing pickup. No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the confirmed fare, and prepaid no-shows may not be refunded.
Passengers must behave safely and respectfully. The driver may refuse or stop a ride if a passenger is abusive, intoxicated, threatening, damaging the vehicle, carrying illegal goods, refusing seat belts, or creating a safety risk. Cleaning or damage costs caused by passengers may be charged.
We plan rides carefully, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, border queues, police controls, public events, incorrect passenger details, force majeure or other events outside our control. We are not liable for missed flights, trains, meetings, hotel check-ins or onward travel caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We use booking details only to provide and manage the transport service, communicate with passengers, process payment where applicable, handle support and meet legal obligations. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are intended to apply to services provided in Croatia and are interpreted in line with applicable Croatian law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If anything is unclear before booking, contact us before confirming the ride. We prefer to clarify pickup, route, price and luggage details in advance so there are no surprises on the travel day.
